The medical team consists of experienced physicians, nurses and ancillary team members. Many have been working on overseas medical projects for years. They have the skills and adaptability to work in many different environments. We have a strong collaborative relationship with our Mongolian colleagues. This bond forms the foundation of the program. The ultimate goal of the team is to ensure treatment outcomes that are equivalent to those we would expect for Canadian patients.
